First, we select only the very best fresh seafoods right from the
docks, or air-shipped overnight from the world's top seafood ports.
We hand-pick the most tender beef filets and poultry and the freshest
fruits and vegetables as accompaniments.
Then we heat flat volcanic stones in
our kitchen.
Moments later, your perfectly spiced cuisine of the day is cooking
on the stone, at your table, in front of your eyes, without any
need for any cooking oils or anything else to get in the way of
purely delicious natural flavor.
You dine when you want. Choose a briefly-seared
main course. Or enjoy the fragrance of your food as it self-cooks
